Message: Re:AE612R. Is this model avail w/ torkflex lowered axles and a lowered roof line?
We can order a different degree axle and the height of the trailer can be reduced by 6" increments.
Thanks

Message: Wow! I just picked up my new 7712H trailer last Friday. I can't wait to get the solid rails as well. I am so impressed with the quality, workmanship and look of these trailers. The warranty is great too. I'm looking forward to many loads and satisfied trips in the future. Thanks again for a great product.
Thanks you for buying Aluma!
We hope it works well for you---let us know how it works for you.

Message: For CHRISTmas '09 we got ourselves a polar white MCT from America's Tool Shed in PA. We love it. I believe at least one if not two other reiders have purchased MCTs after seeing ours. We're pulling it to Maine with 4 other bikes this month. I am considering painting the polished diamond plate. The heat that reflects off that stuff is intense. Thanks for a great product!!
Thanks for buying Aluma and for the the nice comments.

Message: I have the Aluma trailer with the straight tailgate, and was wondering how come my end gate strap arms are cracking and i havent even used it much? guessing a total of about 1,000 miles and my arms are cracking in the center, and i have the long armsfrom the trailer to hold the tailgate straight up. Is that a defect of aluminum cause its shurly isnt the amount of use..any solutions to this problem?
Have you changed the arms?
We'll send you thicker arms---thanks for the information.

Message: On your product page, under accessories, you have a listing of all the part numbers, but, no picture. I would like to order some accessories for my 7710H, but, I don't know what i am looking for by only seeing a part number. Is there a link where I can see the pictures of the parts?
We don't currently but we'll work on that for the website. Let us know which accessorry you want a picture of and we'll send it to you.
Thanks

Message: Hi my brother in law has a aluminum golf cart size trailer with the torsion susp. He claims it bounces alot empty going down the rd. Any remedies for that?
With an empty trailer and the light weight of the small trailer it will bounce a little. It should'nt bounce with weight on the trailer.
