Message: I feel fortunate that in my research I came across Aluma (KLM).
I haven't even bought the trailer, yet, everyone I have talked to...Pat at headquarters, Bob (the regional) and Dirk (dealer) have spent whatever time I needed to answer questions and assist me with getting exactly what I need.
It's obvious that everyone associated with this product is very proud of it and knowledgable.
Can't wait to get the trailer (and if I win the drawing every month, it will only take a couple of years to pay for itself).
All the best Aluma!
Thanks for the great comments about the folks at Aluma and about the dealer. We strive for excellent customer service and we are very fortunate to have dealers like Dirk.
Thanks

Message: Comparing AE722TAV with Blizzard 7x22. Could you explain benefits of Aluma's rounded corners & domed roof? Also, can you supply frame strength comparison?
Our rounded corners and domed roof supply alot of strength to the trailer. The roof corner has a biult in drip cap. We don't know to much about the Blizzard model and it's tough to get information from their website about their frame strength. Some things for comparison--The Blizzard has---No spring assist for front door, a longer v nose is an option. A beefed up frame is an option--3 year warranty compared to our 5 year warranty--they use cheaper wood to line the inside--top roof piece not as strong as Aluma's.
Thanks

Message: I recently purchased an Aluma snowmobile trailer. Is the black material used on the ramp to protect the aluminum and the snowmobile skis available for sale?

I would like to use this on the trailer deck for protection.

Thanks,
Yes-you can buy through any Aluma dealer. We also have super glides available that work pretty well for the deck of the trailer.
Thanks for buying Aluma!

Message: I just purchased my very first trailer. I special ordered a 6312H. Love it! Being a novice when it comes to operating and caring for an aluminum trailer, I would have appreciated receiving a hard copy of a user’s manual. Can you provide me with one? A happy but uneducated customer.
Thanks for buying Aluma!
We can send you a copy of the manual or you can print one out from our website.
Thanks

Message: I purchased a AE716TAM in September. I found that I need to have it insulated for cold weather use. Do you offer insulation in the walls and/or roof? Can Aluma do this or is there someone and type of insulation would you recommend?

Thanks
We can offer the insulation-or a dealer can help with this. We can put the insulation in or a dealer can help also.
Thanks for your purchase of an Aluma trailer!

Message: Shopping for Golf Cart trailer f/E-ZGo Sport 2+2. Unit curb weight is 950#, O.A. Length 107" x 47" wide x 80" Height. Looking for trailer recommond. Need to only haul this one item. Ease load. Thinking of the 5410T. How would loading/unloading be? Alum Floor over wood Plywood? or does the folding gate make it better. Tie downs? Also thinking I might like to have front rock/gravel guard.
5410T will work-it is a fairly new model and should work well for the golf car-otherwise the models 5410 LW or 6310 LW are popular. All have the options you request.
Thanks for your interest in Aluma!
